In small groups

The sharing in large groups is often prepared by small group sharing of 5 to 6 people. The small group helps to build trust and allows freedom of speech for the individuals.

Each one is responsible for running the meeting. However, it is very helpful to have someone watch the time so as to allow every participant a chance to speak.

When creating the small groups we bring very different people together taking into account : age, sexe, culture, background, convictions ...
