Viktor Frankl is the founder of “Logotherapy”, a therapy that consists in helping person who suffer to find, or re-find, the meaning of their life.
Frankl noted that by closely observing people’s behaviour, he was often able to help them become conscious of the meaning of their life.
Our process aims for a similar type of mutual support. A group will become aware of the direction it is seeking to move in, to the extent that its members are also conscious of the meaning they find in their own lives.
